"Of Buildings and Botany - The Main Cemetery"

This tour is primarily dedicated to the buildings and the extraordinary botany of the main cemetery. The chapel, the crematorium, and the mortuary, all designed by the architect Emil Beutinger, are characterized by Art Nouveau style. Discover fascinating facts about Heilbronn's industrial history and admire rare tree species such as a mulberry tree. Meeting point: Entrance to the main cemetery. A day ticket for the Heilbronn-Hohenlohe-Haller public transport system (HNV total network) is included in the public tours. To use this service, the ticket must be purchased in advance. The bus and city train can then be used three hours before the tour and afterward until the end of service.
