Centrally located, green, and quiet – with these advantages, the eastern part of Heilbronn is one of the most popular residential areas. It has developed since the end of the 19th century. Manufacturers and wealthier families built outside the city center, initially in the south of the old town, and then increasingly on the hills to the east.
