Tübingen Christmas Market

On every third Advent weekend of the year, the atmosphere in the historic marketplace of Tübingen couldn't be more romantic. Over 350 beautifully decorated stalls are closely packed in the old town alleys. Unlike many other Christmas markets in the country, almost everything here is made with heart and "hand-made": home-cooked, knitted, carved, crafted, turned, pottery, painted, built... For three days, visitors can look, enjoy, and buy. Many amazed guests will resolve to try their hand at making something themselves throughout the year or simply come back next time. A highlight is the performance of the Feuerzangenbowle on Friday at 7 PM at Haagtorplatz – and the children can also look forward to the carousel again. Saturday and Friday until 9 PM, Sunday until 7 PM.
