What would the old university town of Tübingen be without its punt boats? They are part of the cityscape and remain a cherished cultural tradition to this day.
You sit facing each other in a group, lean back and relax, chat with one another, and enjoy the leisurely ride through the lush greenery along the romantic banks of the Neckar. Punting has a profoundly calming effect.
For a long time, rowing was reserved only for those who owned their own boats, such as the Tübingen student fraternities. Today, everyone can enjoy the experience of a ride past Tübingen’s major sights.
