Wine tasting "Wine & Cheese - a Match Made in Heaven"

Tasting as a journey of enjoyment with extraordinary cheese varieties & matching wines from the Albrecht-Kiessling winery. Entertainingly moderated by Nicole Halter, wine experience guide and assistant sommelier. Here, you will become a gourmet professional and embark on a unique journey of enjoyment, tasting exceptional cheese varieties. Why are some goat cheeses so "goaty" and others not? What is a designation of origin for cheese? How much space does a cow need for the special Comté cheese? Why does white wine often pair better with cheese? Questions upon questions that participants will explore during this journey of enjoyment. All of this while holding a nice glass of wine in a wonderful ambiance at the winery. Included services: moderated wine & cheese tasting with a certified wine experience guide & assistant sommelier, at least 5 different cheese samples, 5 matching wines served in glasses from the Albrecht-Kiessling winery, mineral water, bread. The event and tasting rooms at the Albrecht-Kiessling winery offer a modern atmosphere and a wonderful view over the vineyards on Wartberg. Above the winery runs the Wine Panorama Path Heilbronn, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll to warm up for the wine tasting.
