Traditional broom restaurant with daily changing special meals. In addition to typical broom dishes, tarte flambée and salad plates are offered. The diverse wine list covers the entire range of wines. Great emphasis is placed on craftsmanship and regional quality in the food. The broom restaurant sources its meat and sausage products from local butcheries at the Engel winery. For vegetarians, there are meatless dishes prepared with great care. Fresh salads and vegetables are delivered daily from a friend’s vegetable farm. Further notes & information: Open upon request for groups of 50 or more outside of regular broom hours.
