Oliver Ritter - Art Exhibition in Unteruhldingen

Already discovered? At the East Mole in the harbor of Unteruhldingen, artist Oliver Ritter presents his current sculptures and works. "Power in Space" – these words, under which Oliver Ritter places his sculptures, become evident from the very first encounter. For these bronzes do not stand passively in neutral space; rather, they resonate with their qualities, clarify them, and work towards strengthening the elemental field. This activity unfolds between the poles of their stability and the openness of their surfaces. – Those who enter their space come into immediate contact with their power. At the beginning lies their beauty, which, however, soon breaks through the superficial and conveys something essential: primal movements that appeal to humans as a link between nature and spirit, thus grounding them in the world. These movements range – in regard to the works gathered here – from the poised uprightness of the "Star Catcher" to the unwavering flight through time of "Confidence."
