Enjoy stunning views and beautiful natural landscapes on the guided E-Bike Panorama Tour at Lake Überlingen. Look forward to a unique nature experience: together with tour guide Uwe Schröder, you will explore the beautiful Lake Constance region on an E-Bike over approximately 45 kilometers (duration: 4-5 hours). In addition to several (photo) breaks, a stop is also planned where you can indulge in regional delicacies. Participants are responsible for their own food costs. To fully enjoy the day, please bring your E-Bike with a charged battery, some riding experience, preferably a bicycle helmet, and enough drinks for the journey. Most tourists cycling in the area take the route between Überlingen and Ludwigshafen directly by the lake, along the Lake Constance cycling path. While this route runs almost right by the water, it is heavily influenced by the federal road and railway line. Many are not aware that this section can also be traversed at a higher elevation. Of course, this path is longer and involves tackling several elevation meters. However, these efforts are rewarded with numerous, sometimes breathtaking views of Lake Überlingen. The tour begins in the eastern part of the city and leads to two beautiful viewpoints in Rauenstein Park and at St. Leonhard. After crossing the city and through the Feigental, Aufkirch also offers a great view. The journey continues over Hödinger Berg to Zimmerwiese and Haldenhof; after the subsequent descent, there is a halfway point and break in Ludwigshafen. The return trip to Überlingen also offers several great views, including of the village of Sipplingen. At the various stops, there will be opportunities for explanations and sharing experiences. Due to relevant experiences, the tour is only suitable for stable E-Bikes, and participants should have some riding experience, as some sections can be quite steep.
