The private sparkling wine cellar Geldermann invites you to a public sabrage tour. Discover the historic vaulted cellars, learn interesting details about sparkling wine production, and experience the tradition of sabrage. To celebrate a victory, Napoleon is said to have sabered champagne bottles with his officers. This exciting tradition continues to this day. Experience live in the Geldermann vaulted cellar how this extraordinary technique works. Including a tour and tasting of a glass of sparkling wine: €19 including VAT per person.
