Shinrin Yoku! Forest bathing in Albstadt. Preventive therapy for health care with Christina Walter. Shinrin Yoku, also known as forest bathing, is suitable for all health-conscious individuals of any age. The 3-hour stay in the forest will awaken your senses and is proven to promote health. Through various exercises, we will find more mindfulness and deceleration. Duration: 3 hours. Maximum number of participants: 10 people. Cost: 15 euros per person (payment on site). Please bring: weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes, a mat for sitting and lying down, and a small snack with a drink!
