Kirchheim Wine Terrace

Enjoy the magnificent view of the Neckar loop and taste wines from the Stromberg-Zabergäu winegrowers' cooperative directly in the vineyards. High above the Neckar, nestled between orchards and grapevines, you will find the wine stand at the WeinTerrasse Kirchheim – a place to breathe and enjoy. Look forward to a stunning view over the Neckar loop and the steep vineyards on the Kirchheimer Kirchberg. The local clubs or members of the WG Stromberg-Zabergäu will take care of your culinary needs – with a good glass of wine and a hearty red sausage from the grill.

Opening hours: In July & August, the regular wine stand takes a summer break. Service will resume on August 31, every Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM, only in good weather. The season finale and last wine stand will be on October 26.

You can combine your visit to the WeinTerrasse Kirchheim with the Neckar Valley Cycle Path. The Neckar Valley Cycle Path winds through the picturesque cultural landscape of Baden-Württemberg. Cyclists can enjoy their ride on the certified 4-star cycle path, passing castles, fortresses, forests, meadows, and steep vineyards. The wine stand is located above the cycle path and can be reached via a staircase.
