Apple and Potato Day

Starting at 10 a.m., visitors can discover old apple and potato varieties, buy fruits and vegetables, and participate in autumn activities and hands-on offerings. Many historical apple and potato varieties will be presented. There will be plenty of information on cider making, distilling, and fruit tree pruning. You can bring your own apples for variety identification! To determine your variety, simply bring three to four well-ripened fruits, including the stem, from the sunny side of the tree, which have not been wiped or polished. We also ensure that our museum guests are well taken care of.
