During an exclusive cellar tour, directly beneath the Breisach Castle Hill, you will delve into the secrets of traditional bottle fermentation and explore the historic vaults from the 15th century. Afterwards, you will be treated to a tasting of three exquisite white sparkling wines – let yourself be seduced by their elegance and fine aromas.
