In the rooms of the wine tavern, natural materials such as maple and oak furniture with wickerwork and the typical Heilbronn sandstone are prominent. In warm weather, the sun's rays warm the terrace, and the wooden arcades provide shelter well into the evening. In addition to the Swabian classics of the broom kitchen, the asparagus broom in May and the Martini goose dinner in November are fixed events in the broom calendar.
