The Albgut thrives on the idea of sustainable business practices and a healthy lifestyle. This philosophy is particularly embodied by the glass-manufacturing facilities in the former battalions, known as BTs, of the respective operators. A cocoa and coffee roastery, a soap factory, a pasta factory with a pasta museum, a Springerle factory, as well as manufacturers of Alb oil, vinegar, Austrian specialties, merino wool, natural fashion, and much more invite visitors to stroll and discover. The cultural identity of the Swabian Jura can thus be experienced up close through the raw materials, products, and crafts that are processed here. Cafés and a restaurant provide a culinary experience.
