Baiersbronn Classic brings legendary cars in impressive numbers to Sasbachwalden

On Friday, September 26, 2025, in the morning, it will be that time again: a "rolling automobile museum" of the highest caliber will come to Sasbachwalden. As part of the Baiersbronn Classic, the "Black Forest Rally for Connoisseurs," over 120 fascinating automotive classics from the pre-war years to 1975 will provide spectators with a vivid motorsport history. In memory of the first motorsport event in Germany after World War II, the Ruhestein Hill Climb of 1946, the Baiersbronn Classic will take place for the eleventh time in 2025. The three-day enjoyment rally will cover approximately 500 winding kilometers through the northern Black Forest around the national park region. About 20 special stages, where only mechanical watches may be used, will provide sporting challenges. As the "Black Forest Rally for Connoisseurs," the Baiersbronn Classic also offers numerous culinary highlights. Even the "Connoisseur Checkpoints" along the route are a delight and serve as a preview of the concluding gala evening, where several top chefs from Baiersbronn will create a culinary experience of the highest order. This year, the "Culinary Checkpoint" in Sasbachwalden will not take place. The starting field is limited to around 120 automotive classics up to the year 1975.
