On October 3rd, the Calw city center transforms into a charming autumn setting: with pumpkins, wine barrels, autumn-decorated fountains, and a lovingly designed photo spot, the golden October is brought to life. A feast for all senses – with enjoyment, creativity, and entertainment for young and old alike.

Look forward to a varied program: Children can create their own pumpkins from socks at a creative crafting station or get their faces painted with autumn motifs like a cute pumpkin. Additionally, games such as ring toss on pumpkins or can tossing provide plenty of fun. A children's carousel and a bouncy castle will also be available, ensuring lots of movement and joy. In the raft race, imagination and dexterity are required as homemade mini rafts race against each other. A special highlight is the flea market for children, where young sellers offer toys, books, and little treasures. The offering is complemented by an antique flea market – ideal for those searching for special rarities. Various artisans will also present a selection of lovingly crafted products, including handmade items, wooden decorations, wool products, and other unique handcrafted pieces.

Culinary delights await you with a variety of food trucks – from savory to sweet, there’s something for every taste. A real eye-catcher is the lovingly converted farm shop bus, serving fried egg sandwiches and egg liqueur in waffle cups. And of course, the classic onion tart is a must – the scent fills the air and makes you crave autumn. The “Hillbilly Heroes” from Calw will provide a musical atmosphere with relaxed country sounds. Two short performances by the Wild Buffalo Dancers will bring real line dance vibes to the city and invite everyone to join in. Additionally, a local garden center will be present with autumn plants, baskets, and wreaths. The association Treffpunkt Sicher in Calw and the police will also be there with an information vehicle on burglary protection – including a raffle.
