Autumn Hopping | Artist Tour

Autumn cultural trip by boat to the artist memorials of the western Lake Constance region. The boat will travel along several picturesque locations, with boarding options available from Gaienhofen, Hemmenhofen, Steckborn, Radolfzell, Reichenau, and Mannenbach. At 11:25 AM, the boat arrives in Berlingen, where the first cultural highlight of the day awaits the guests: a visit to the Adolf-Dietrich-Haus, including a guided tour and a film about the life and work of the artist. Afterwards, there will be about an hour of free time for a lunch break in Berlingen. In the afternoon, the journey continues at 2:00 PM by boat to Hemmenhofen, where the newly designed artist grave field in the cemetery will be visited. A subsequent walk to Gaienhofen leads past the Mia and Hermann Hesse House to the exhibition "Höri Artists" at the Hesse Museum – a fitting conclusion to the artistic journey through the region. The return trip by boat departs at 4:10 PM from Gaienhofen, bringing participants back to all landing points, except for Berlingen.
