Wine & Meadow | Wine Hiking Event

A wine hiking event for young and old in and around the wine village of Flein. Ten enjoyment locations featuring regional wines and a diverse culinary offering. There will be a supporting program for children and nature enthusiasts. Enjoyment locations: Various hiking trails ranging from 3.5 to 9.5 km can be created over the Eselsberg and Altenberg as well as in the Deinenbachtal. In addition to wines and sparkling wines from Flein producers, there will also be gin tastings and liqueur tastings. The "menu" can include regional classics such as red sausage or sausage salad, as well as tarte flambée, asparagus salad, burgers, or finger food. For a sweet ending, there will be cakes from local farmers' wives, waffles, or fresh strawberries with vanilla ice cream.

Activities & supporting program: For younger guests, there will be craft and storytelling stations or a digital puzzle tour. At various times at different stations, there will be musical performances featuring alphorns and hunting horns, among other things. A bus shuttle will run between the stations hourly from approximately 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
