Be a chocolatier for a day and create your own pralines. After being welcomed with a cup of exotic hot chocolate, you will learn about your "raw material," the cocoa plant, its flavor profiles, the chocolate-making process, and much more. Various chocolates will be tasted. You will start in your group by making five different types of pralines. Creativity and imagination are now required. You will coat your homemade pralines and decorate them. In between, we offer you a cozy coffee break where you can enjoy a chocolate, tea, or coffee drink along with a piece of cake or tart of your choice. At the end, you can proudly present "your pralines" at home.
