Culinary Wine Experience at the Fritz Waßmer Winery

Look forward to a very special evening at the Fritz Waßmer winery in Bad Krozingen-Schlatt! The award-winning winemaker will present a sparkling wine as well as six different wines, some of which have received awards and are recommended in the VINUM and Falstaff wine guides. Accompanying this, the Hotel-Restaurant & Partyservice Fallerhof will serve selected finger foods. Here’s what you can look forward to:

- Welcome with a Pinot Blanc Brut Winzersekt
- 2024 Chardonnay with finely topped canapés
- 2023 Spätburgunder with a pumpkin soup
- 2021 Spätburgunder Alte Reben with onion cakes
- Gewürztraminer with crème brûlée
- Muscat Petit Grain with cheese and fruit skewers

A festive atmosphere by the fireplace is included. The wine tasting will be musically accompanied by Zsolt Németh on the piano. The musician has been playing in the Johann Strauss Ensemble since 1997 and is active as a composer, soloist, and chamber musician in Hungary, Germany, and Austria.

The flashlight hike will start at 7:00 PM in front of the entrance to the Vita Classica-Therme, leading to Bad Krozingen-Schlatt (approximately 2 km). Taxis will be arranged for the return journey (around 10:30 PM).
