Inauguration of the Fire Department Equipment House

The volunteer fire department of Bernau is planning its grand inauguration celebration in honor of the new equipment house. During the open house day, you can expect an exciting behind-the-scenes look at the fire department. The inauguration of the equipment house will kick off with a colorful program on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 3 PM. You will have the opportunity to tour the equipment house and take a close look at the vehicles. There will also be fun games for children with the youth fire department. The evening will continue at 8 PM with entertainment from the "Dorfbewohner" (Village Inhabitants). On Sunday morning, the festivities will resume at 11 AM with a small Frühshoppen concert by the MV Bernau. Here too, you will have the chance to visit the equipment house and see the vehicles. Due to limited parking options, there are no direct parking spaces available at the equipment house. Therefore, please use the parking spaces at the Kurhaus and the free shuttle bus, or come on foot. The paths are child-friendly.
