Interactive Cooking Workshop: Braising Course

With the new interactive workshops in the Vita Culinaria room, autumn in Bad Krozingen becomes a special delight. Pastry chef and master chef Benjamin Kraus from Café Sahnehäuble invites all baking and cooking enthusiasts to come together in small groups to prepare creative delicacies. Over three Wednesday series in autumn, interested participants can expand their skills while enjoying a delightful evening: Linzer Course – October 15 & 29, 2025 Black Forest Baking Course – November 12 & 19, 2025 Braising Course – December 3 & 10, 2025 The workshops start at 7 PM and last about three hours. In addition to expert guidance, tips, and tricks from firsthand experience, participants will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine as a welcome. The number of places is limited to a maximum of 10 people, ensuring a personal and cozy atmosphere. Special extra: Those who wish can take their delicious creations home – two pieces of cake or two portions of braised meat are included. Please bring your own box.
