Interactive Baking Workshop: Black Forest Cherry Cake

With the new interactive workshops in the Vita Culinaria room, autumn in Bad Krozingen becomes a special delight. Pastry chef and master cook Benjamin Kraus from Café Sahnehäuble invites all baking and cooking enthusiasts to prepare creative delicacies together in a small group. Over three Wednesday series in autumn, interested participants can expand their skills while enjoying a delightful evening: Linzer Course – October 15 & 29, 2025 Black Forest Baking Course – November 12 & 19, 2025 Braising Course – December 3 & 10, 2025 The workshops start at 7 PM and last about three hours. In addition to expert guidance, tips, and tricks from firsthand experience, participants will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine as a welcome. The number of places is limited to a maximum of 10 people, ensuring a personal and cozy atmosphere. Special extra: Those who wish can take their own delicacies home – two pieces of cake or two portions of braised meat are included. Please bring your own box.
