On October 12, 2025, it will be that time again: Numerous medieval and baroque monasteries of the State Palaces and Gardens will open their doors on Monastery Experience Day, enticing visitors with exciting activities for both young and old. This includes Hirsau Monastery! The program includes a guided tour of St. Peter and Paul at 11:00 AM, meeting point: Lower Archway, main entrance; prayer and meditation stations in the Marian Chapel; all-day art exhibition "Eterno Elisio" in the Monastery Museum; a short tour "Insights into Hirsau Castle - on the way with the castle lady and the cook" at 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM, meeting point: Lower Archway, main entrance; a short tour "Scene from the Peasants' War" at 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM, meeting point: Lower Archway, main entrance; children's guided tour at 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, meeting point: Lower Archway, main entrance; Sunday evening service at 6:00 PM in the Marian Chapel.
