A broom restaurant from family tradition - featuring homemade potato salad, as well as the widely popular broom tapas and wines from the Kistenmacher-Hengerer and Rolf Heinrich wineries. The decor is modern-rustic and filled with a lot of love for detail. In the broom kitchen, the homemade broom classics are prepared with just as much care, ranging from potato salad to sauerkraut to gravy.
