Advent magic in Ostheim! On the 1st Advent Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 4 PM, the Ostheim Christkind will open the atmospheric Advent market above the church fortress. Saturday evening will feature a fire show and a subsequent concert by the "Band from the Hut," ensuring a great mood. Sunday will kick off with a charity concert for the Nicolhaus children's home. Look forward to music, treats, and genuine Advent spirit! The delightful Advent market will be open on Saturday, November 29, from 2 PM to 10 PM and on Sunday, November 30, from 11 AM to 6 PM. Admission is free. On Saturday, November 29, the Ostheim Christkind will once again open the Advent market on stage above the church fortress. The charity concert at St. Michael's Church will take place again on Sunday at 11 AM. The proceeds traditionally benefit the Nicolhaus children's home in Willmars and will be performed by young musicians. On Saturday evening, "The Band from the Hut" from Mellrichstadt will entertain all guests and create a cheerful atmosphere. With mulled wine, Feuerzangenbowle, and hot Hugo, you can truly enjoy the pre-Christmas atmosphere. Highlights this year include the spectacular fire show on Saturday evening against the backdrop of the church fortress, as well as the sparkling closing fireworks on Sunday evening, which will light up the sky over Ostheim before the Rhön and bring the delightful Advent market to a festive close. On Saturday, there will also be a "Mulled Wine Express" by the bus company Otto Sum (OSM). This will take you to the Advent and Christmas markets in Oberelsbach, Stetten, and Ostheim before the Rhön, as well as to the stop in Fladungen.
