Herb and Soul Time

During the herbal and soul time on-site, we will go into nature together on a selected route in the Upland, discover selected healing herbs, engage in various exercises to perceive nature with our senses, and pause at a power spot for a short meditation, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and immerse yourself more deeply in nature and relaxation.
Minimum number of participants: 3 people
Please bring sturdy footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, a seat cushion for outdoors, as well as a notebook and pen.
