26th Mörlenbach Advent Market

On Saturday, November 28, and Sunday, November 29, the town square will be transformed into a winter wonderland, inviting everyone to the 27th Mörlenbach Advent Market. The Advent Market will be open on both days from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Visitors can look forward to many new and festive stalls, culinary delights, and a colorful supporting program. Glühwein (mulled wine) and hot apple wine are particularly popular.

This year, the partner town of Mörlenbach, Großbreitenbach, will once again be present, offering authentic Thuringian bratwurst. Additionally, "Mörlens Restobar" will be there with its umbrella bar featuring heating elements. Just a few meters from the Advent Market, the Winter World will also be set up again this year with a completely new roof and will offer a diverse program.

For children, there will be a varied program, including a small petting zoo with nativity figures, face painting, a children's carousel, and pony rides. On both days, St. Nicholas will make an appearance around 5:00 PM.

On Saturday, the market will be opened by Mayor Erik Kadesch at 2:00 PM. The community invites all citizens to enjoy this reflective time together and to experience the anticipation of the Christmas celebration. The Advent Market promises to be a place of encounter and exchange – a festive meeting point for young and old alike.
