Experience an entertaining and interesting hike to one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the Große Lautertal and immerse yourself in the world of juniper. Manuel Straßer from the Straßer distillery in Dettingen Erms will introduce you to the art of gin production. Forest ranger Michael Brielmaier will provide exciting insights into nature and the specifics and care of the juniper heaths. Culinary delights will also be part of the experience.
