Flaming Brackenheim

A program as colorful as autumn leaves during the late-night shopping event with a great entertainment program. The city and the business association offer a hot mix of music, action, and art. Just as the Botenheim trade fair wraps up, the Brackenheim business association, in its 75th anniversary year, launches the next event highlight together with the city - this time, the Flaming Brackenheim takes place in the Brackenheim city center with late-night shopping. Between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, lantern bags in front of all participating shops and illuminated cones create a festive atmosphere and invite visitors with the current autumn/winter trends and Halloween SALE bargains. The celebrated country singer Patrick Simons & Band will ensure a lively atmosphere on the Dekanatsbrunnen stage, guaranteeing good vibes. For over 40 years, he has been captivating his large fan base. As a long-time member of the Les Humphries Singers, he now stands in the tradition of greats like Johnny Cash – but sings in German. His trademark is his smoky voice and profound lyrics, with many of his well-known songs inviting sing-alongs. Of course, fire shows are a must at the Flaming Brackenheim. Fireflight will perform three times in front of the town hall. Fascinating fire performances filled with dedication, emotion, movement, and a daring spirit bring the moment to life. Look forward to spectacular displays in burning costumes, glowing props, sparkling sparks, and shisha coal poi, surrounded by a sea of oil lamps. And when the question arises about what to do if there are larger flames... the Brackenheim fire department will be around the corner, answering questions, showcasing their new turntable ladder, providing information on disaster protection, and seeking assistance. Visitors will gain insights into their equipment and information on firefighting actions. In the Old Deanery, there are two exhibitions to admire. Luthier Ibrahim Konjhodzic showcases his masterfully crafted, self-designed guitars and invites all interested parties to try them out. His exceptionally high-quality instruments have been featured over several pages in a well-known trade magazine. Next to him, curator Gabriele Rebel presents beautiful, highly detailed pastel drawings with landscape motifs, animals, and fairy-tale scenes from the estate of the late Hausen artist Sonja Severin, who passed away last October, which are also available for purchase. All proceeds from this evening will go to the association "Große Hilfe für kleine Helden" at the family's request. Currently, many more works by the artist can also be viewed and purchased at Haus Zabergäu until the end of the year. The Neckar Zaber Tourism will also participate in the newly designed rooms on Obertorstraße, providing current information on ideas for group travel day programs, appointment bookings, and wine tasting. Around the lovingly decorated tube fountain, arranged by BlumenCreativ and the municipal works department in line with Halloween, you will find delicious culinary offerings from the region featuring autumnal delights, unique gift ideas such as high-quality handmade soaps, and many activities from the participating specialty shops.
