Tübingen Jazz & Classical Music Days

**It's amazing:** after more than a quarter of a century, the Jazz & Classical Music Days are once again presenting more than fifty concerts, mostly by musicians from Tübingen and the surrounding region – with no repeats from last year's core program. As usual: from talented amateurs to established professionals – with some guests from further afield; from duos to classical bands to symphony orchestras or big bands. The number of talented musicians in the area, but also those who are drawn to the region, is impressive, and our approach has always been to make them as widely heard as possible. It's amazing what new things keep coming to light. That's Tübingen for you. And many, many event organizers, young and older musicians, schools, and music schools in the immediate and wider vicinity. Around 50 concerts with an enormous musical range will take place on over 30 stages. From jazz classics to chamber music, swing musette, courtly classical music, big band sounds, and Latin rhythms, there is something for everyone. The spectrum of venues for musicians from Tübingen, the region, and further afield, both big and small, illustrious and lesser-known, ranges from shops and bars to theaters and churches. The sounds and swings of "Beswingt einkaufen" will be heard again on the opening Saturday in many shops and stores in the city center. The marching band will also be unmistakable in the old town.
