When festive lights and the scent of mulled wine and roasted almonds fill the streets of Bretten, the most wonderful time of the year begins: The Bretten Christmas Market invites you to enjoy the holiday season from December 5th to 21st. Whether meeting friends, enjoying cozy gatherings with colleagues, or going on a family outing: Between lovingly decorated stalls and sparkling decorations, the Bretten Christmas Market invites you to indulge and linger. A varied stage program provides festive entertainment. Music, dance, and performances by schools, kindergartens, clubs, and music groups bring Christmas joy to the city. In addition, there are delicious treats ranging from savory to sweet, as well as warming drinks for every taste. A special highlight for children is the new Christkind letterbox, where they can send their letters, drawings, and wishes directly to the Christkind. In the crafting hut, children can create and paint, and the carousel invites joyful rides. On the Advent weekends from December 5th to 7th and from December 12th to 14th, the artisan market in the church square complements the offerings. Over 30 exhibitors present handmade unique items, creative gift ideas, and artistic works.
