Winter Market of the Country Women in the Historical Half-Timbered Old Town

The country women offer many homemade products and specialties for the upcoming Christmas celebration. For the pre-Christmas country women’s market, the women from the Haslach Country Women’s Association have come up with many great ideas to fully satisfy the customers' wishes with their large stalls in Haslach's old town this coming Saturday. In addition to decorative items made from natural materials, the focus is primarily on "pure regional products": farmer's bread, braided yeast bread, all variations of homemade jams and jellies, bacon, sausages, pasta, eggs, herbal oils and vinegars, and of course fine spirits and liqueurs. On the market day itself, starting promptly at 8:00 AM, Christmas trees will also be offered. Harvested at the right moon phase, the ecologically produced Nordmann firs come from Jürgen Schmid of Vorderhof in Bollenbach.
