Classical concert in the exhibition of Felicitas Mathé

Look forward to a classical concert in the exhibition "Roots in the South – Home in the North" at the Hans-Thoma Art Museum. The Mathé family and guests will present works by Mozart, Bartók, and Borodin, among others. On Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 6:00 PM, our guests can expect a very special cultural highlight in the museum: The exhibition "Roots in the South – Home in the North" will become the venue for a classical concert that touches not only musically but also on a familial level. Felicitas Mathé, a violinist from a long-standing musical family from Waldshut, invites her siblings and other family members to a diverse evening. The musicians will present works by Paul Schoenfield, Béla Bartók, Alexander Borodin, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart – including Mozart's famous Clarinet Quintet in A major and Bartók's lively duos for two violins. Participants include: Rüdiger Mix, clarinet Susanne Mathé, violin Felicitas Mathé, violin Ulrike-Anima Mathé, viola Vincent Providoli, viola Hans-Georg Mathé, cello Maurice Providoli, piano Admission is free, and appropriate donations are welcome.
