Street collection of the Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge with support from our sponsoring company

On Sunday, November 16, 2025, the Volkstrauertag (National Day of Mourning) will be observed in Sipplingen and Süßenmühle. This memorial day commemorates the victims of war and violence and calls for the preservation of peace, humanity, and reconciliation. The Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge e.V. has been committed for many years to the care and preservation of war graves and supports relatives with dignified places of remembrance. This work is made possible solely through donations. To support this work, the 5th Company of the Jägerbataillon 292 from Stetten am kalten Markt, the sponsoring company of the municipality of Sipplingen, will conduct a street collection in the municipality on November 5 and 6, 2025. The soldiers will be out in the community on these days and will appreciate any donations in favor of the Volksbund.
