Traufgänge Scout Hike... Traces from the Bronze Age & eerie stories

Experience a guided hike with Traufgänge scout Marcus Lanz in Albstadt-Onstmettingen during the Albstadt Outdoor Summer – amidst Bronze Age traces, eerie stories, and magnificent Swabian landscapes. What lies beneath the hills and depressions in the middle of the forest? From what era do these originate? And what does a rooster have to do with a mountain? Marcus knows the answers and shares a story or two. Through shady forests and lush dry meadows, the summer hike heads towards Kohlwinkel. Even today, the Black Hand on the rock serves as a reminder of a haunting past. At Gockeler, we explore Bronze Age traces before returning to the starting point through typical Swabian juniper heaths and sheep pastures. By the way, there is a good chance of seeing our woolly landscape caretakers at this time. Perhaps there will also be a little time for a chat with the shepherd.
