Along the "Wine Harvest Trail" in the wine-growing landscape of Marbach-Bottwartal, the wineries pamper their guests with wine and culinary specialties. Hiking and celebrating in the vineyards Wine, hiking, and enjoyment: "Around the Castle" is the circular hiking tour around Beilstein, which can be walked individually in the wine-harvesting landscape. Wine Hiking in a Varied Landscape The wine hike is approximately 10 kilometers long and leads through a picturesque landscape dominated by castles, featuring vineyards, orchards, and fields. There are two route options: Route 1: a longer loop along the St. Anna Lake Trail around Fohlenberg. Route 2: leads south of Fohlenberg through the vineyards and through the forest. The routes mostly run on solid, paved paths, but also include a short section with stairs. You can start your hike flexibly at any of the enjoyment stations and proceed at your own pace. Expect to spend about 2 to 2.5 hours on the entire route, depending on how often you stop to enjoy along the way.
