"Winter Grilling" at the Schönbuch Distillery – with demonstration distilling and tasting

Join us on Friday, January 30, 2026, for our traditional "Winter Barbecue" and spend a few pleasant hours in good company. Enjoy our "Schönbuchzauber" - our alternative to mulled wine. We will treat you to our famous wild boar sausage "Thuringian Style" from the grill, among other delights. During our demonstration of distillation, you will gain insight into the traditional craft of schnapps distilling and experience how fine distillates are created from fruit. Each type of fruit has its own story and unique characteristics in processing. Around 6:30 PM, the atmosphere will become musical with a performance by the hunting horn players.
