Towpath workers, log drivers, shipping

For a long time, towing, timber floating, and shipping on the Neckar River were important economic factors. On the Eberbach towing path, participants learn a lot about the development of shipping, covering all stages from towing to motor vessels. A visit to the city museum also showcases the various types of ships that traveled on the Neckar. This walk is complemented by visits to art objects that deal with the aforementioned topics.
