Sensor Technology Seminar at Klenert Winery

Sensory Seminar Drinking wine is something anyone can do. But hardly anyone is skilled at putting their perceptions into words. Enjoyment takes place not only on the tongue but also significantly in the nose. When smelling, over a thousand nuances are revealed, which unfold in the air when swirling the wine glass and can thus be better captured. In our sensory seminar, you will learn the systematic tasting and description of a wine. This makes it easier to not only experience enjoyment but also to communicate it. Additionally, you will learn about wine evaluation and how to conduct a wine tasting. The seminar is not a dry exercise; approximately 8 sparkling wines/wines (each 0.1 liters) from the current Klenert collection will be tasted. We will serve baguette with it.
