ENJOYMENT BY THE RIVER - FESTIVAL OF 100 WINES

The popular gourmet event "GENUSS AM FLUSS" (formerly the Festival of 100 Wines) will take place this year from Friday, July 11, 2025, to Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the picturesque Mühlwiesen site in Weinstadt-Großheppach. Enjoy a vacation atmosphere right by the banks of the Rems River: With a new lighting concept, the event creates a particularly atmospheric setting—ideal for winding down the evening in a relaxed manner with good music. DJ Stuttgart will accompany you musically throughout the evening, creating space for movement, small talk, and cozy chilling. A partial roof will also protect you from unpredictable weather, allowing you to fully savor the experience. A highlight for wine lovers and gourmets: For 30 years, "GENUSS AM FLUSS – Festival of 100 Wines" has been a fixed date in the calendars of all wine enthusiasts in the Stuttgart region. The six Großheppach wineries—Bernhard Ellwanger, Wolfgang Klopfer, Armin Zimmerle, Jochen Mayer, Leon Gold, and the association Weinfreunde Großheppach e.V.—cordially invite you to discover special wines from 117 different varieties from renowned Großheppach and Remstal locations. Variety and enjoyment from kitchen and cellar: You can expect a large selection of over 134 beverages—including craft beers fresh from the tap, refreshing syrup sodas and long drinks, wine cocktails, and exclusive non-alcoholic specialties. The wine cellar "Schäfergässle" and the "Weinstube Anker" will pamper you with a diverse menu: from hearty wild boar sausages to homemade spinach dumplings and chanterelles à la crème, as well as pulled pork and popular Maultaschen. There are also delicious options for vegetarians. Music & Atmosphere: Look forward to a musical mix: On Friday, 2000s hits and current songs will be on the program, while Saturday invites you to dance to classics from the 80s and 90s. The professional lighting and sound concept by Event4U ensures the perfect ambiance. Easily accessible & well-equipped: The Mühlwiesen site is conveniently reachable by public transport: The S-Bahn S2 is about a 10-minute walk away, and bus line 209 stops at the Backhäusle and Prinz-Eugen-Platz stops just 5 minutes away.
