Grounding meditation in the Dead Sea salt cave

It is not for nothing that it is said, "Stand firmly with both feet in life." For when there is a lack of mental strength and stability – that is, a healthy grounding – we lack support and stability in life. The energy pathways, known as chakras in TCM, are blocked, leading to a deficiency in energy and vitality.

During the "Grounding Meditation" with Silke Statzner, HypoMaster Coach and NLP Master, in the Dead Sea salt grotto of the Spessart Therme Bad Soden-Salmünster, the eight grounding cycles are strengthened. After the session, participants often feel more powerful, stronger, firmly rooted, and at home.
