Nineteen Echoes

Concert Oliver Felbinger Drums Jonas Hoenig Bass Thomas Schmeer Guitar Nineteen Echoes is, in the broadest sense, a fusion guitar trio consisting of three virtuoso instrumentalists. All three are trained jazz musicians as well as children of the rock of the 90s and its far-reaching roots. In their improvisations, they draw on shades of legendary trios ranging from Jimi Hendrix to the Esbjörn Svensson Trio. They call this unusual mixture "Alternative Jazz Rock" and recorded their debut album of the same name in the summer of 2021. Shortly thereafter, they released the live album "Nineteen Echoes – Live in Berlin." Due to their constant presence on stages across Germany, the renowned jazz label HGBS-Blue took notice of the band and signed them in 2024. The first album of this collaboration is titled "Almost Beyond Jazz" and was released in September 2024. A live show offers the listener the best of complex composition, emotional improvisation, meditative calm, and brutal ecstasy.
