Mexican Week Mexican Week in Summer In 2010, UNESCO added Mexican cuisine to the representative list of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. It is characterized by the synthesis of pre-Columbian, French, Spanish, Arab, and Caribbean culinary traditions. Our chef Pablo combines all of this with great love to create a true explosion of flavors. Indulge in ceviche, tostadas, pozole, and other delicacies.
