Enchanted paths to the Tennenbach monastery chapel

The Black Forest Association Elzach-Winden invites you to a hike along winding paths into the history of the Tennenbach Monastery. The tour starts from the train station in Emmendingen, leading to Eichberg, to the Emil-Scheer Hut, over a scenic ridge to the Laber Hut, and to the Engel Inn near the Tennenbach Monastery Chapel, where a communal meal is planned around lunchtime. The return journey takes you through the long Au and the Binzgen Forest back to the starting point. The hiking route is approximately 13 km long, with about 380 meters of elevation gain. All SWV members as well as all other hiking and nature enthusiasts are warmly welcome.
