Encounters and Conversations "Living with and Encountering People with Dementia." Lecture and Opportunity for Questions Every September for the past 30 years, World Alzheimer's Day has taken place to raise awareness in society about the situation of people with dementia. In Germany, around 1.8 million people are affected by dementia, either personally or as relatives. This event will focus on how to interact with people with dementia and the challenges in the home environment. What can be done, how can I behave? Where can I find help?
