Alexander Ego, a certified horticultural engineer, will show you how to make cider and liqueurs. ### Program - Alexander Ego, a certified engineer from the district advisory center for fruit growing and horticulture, will introduce the most important cider fruit varieties and give practical tips for making cider at home—from the right fermentation vessel to the best yeast and storage. - Meet at 2 p.m. in the museum entrance area.
