Whisky Spring

It is a high-percentage tradition: The "Whisky Spring" invites you to get to know and enjoy. Visitors can sample around 1,400 different whiskies, participate in a special tasting, or engage in discussions with importers and experts. NOTE: Please be aware that participants must be at least 18 years old to gain entry to the fair. For youth protection reasons, no small children or infants are allowed. Guests will receive a special tasting glass with their entry ticket. This allows them to purchase samples of one or two centiliters at the stands and participate in one of the numerous tastings. Here, visitors will learn more about whisky tasting and discover the variety of these fine spirits. The range of flavors is broad: it spans from sweet and fruity to peaty and smoky. Tickets for the Whisky Spring can be purchased in advance at shop.whisky-spring.de or at the box office on the day of the event. However, the ticket allocation on-site is limited. Winter Garden Magic The fair ticket also includes entry to the castle garden. Visitors can escape the hustle and bustle of the fair in the expansive garden and enjoy the winter tranquility. The garden, designed in a nature-friendly English style as well as in a French style with strict symmetry and precise cuts, invites for a stroll: The picturesque Arion Fountain in the circular parterre, the garden mosque with its richly decorated interior, the Apollo Temple on an artificial rock, and the Italian-style water castle are among the highlights of the grounds.
