Valentine's Day Event

The Day of Love is celebrated at Heilbronn’s “Liebespunkt.” A little surprise awaits couples there, one that will help their love grow even more. Together with Heilbronn’s Käthchen and the mascot Herr Bronn—the cute beaver from the neighboring Stadtgalerie—and Käthchen, “Valentin” will welcome all lovers with small gifts and roses between **2:00 and 4:00 p.m.** The founders of the Heilbronn “Liebespunkt” are Hans and Ingrid Hey, who have been happily married for over 65 years. This iconic Heilbronn couple will lovingly look after the lovers on this day. And who knows? Maybe you’ll even get a tip or two for a lasting, happy relationship. In addition, all couples who hang their love lock on February 14 between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. will receive a sparkling treat in a specially designed bottle. As a memento, you can also have your picture taken with “Valentin” and Käthchen. All couples who have been married for 50 years or longer and visit the Götzenturm Bridge during the event period will also receive a piccolo bottle of sparkling wine.  Since 2025, there’s been something new at the “Liebespunkt”: anniversary grilles for couples who have been together for more than 25 years. A place for stories that span decades and embody the idea of lifelong love.
